This hero video for the HBO series Bezvědomí aimed to capture public attention—not only to promote the show, but also to highlight the problematic status of truth in today’s media. It was one of the first deepfakes ever used in advertising, which helped the project earn 8 European Art Directors Club awards, including the Grand Prix.
I couldn’t attend the shoot, so I supported director Jan Vlasák remotely, with Alex Jindrák assisting me. The project was primarily a technical and post-production challenge since none of us had prior experience with deepfake technology.
